Draft
Manual draft for solo art exhibition poster. Was playing around with vintage rubber stamps, ink, letraset, vellum tracing paper. The original plan was to generate posters and invitations for an upcoming solo art exhibition from this. Shoot am image of it and print off a number. And to also then frame the original manual / analog piece of work and include it in the exhibition. But it was moving too slow and I ran of time. Was never going to finish it. So I quickly switched to Indesign and used elements of the original to pull together the final poster. But I actually thought the original was better. Or going to be. Had that super rough and raw vibe. All analog underground grunge. I have no idea where this is anymore. Buried deep in stacks of unfinished progress. All of it always way cooler than any completed works. Process or product? Process wins every time.
